At OSAT, we stand by the quality of our electronics and offer a 30-day return policy to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your device is not functioning as expected or you have changed your mind, we are here to help with a seamless exchange or refund process.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your OSAT account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Device
Ensure the electronic device is factory reset to remove personal data and pack it securely in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories.
- 3.Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
